Substitutions and Cancellations
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute
in your place. You may cancel your registration up to 48 hours prior to
one-day seminars or one week prior to conferences and receive a partial
refund. Upon receipt of a written request, your registration fee, less
a processing charge ($15 for one-day workshops and $25 for conferences)
will be refunded. If you need to cancel less than 48 hours prior to the
seminar, you may (1) send a substitute or (2) transfer your registration
to one other seminar of your choice within 12 months. Refunds or credits
cannot be made if registrant fails to attend.
