How to Register

You can register via four convenient methods to accommodate your busy schedule.  Payment must be received with your registration prior to the workshop offering.   You will not receive confirmation of your registration.  Your cancelled check constitutes receipt.

·        Telephone – Call the MLN at (573) 635-5355 and we will register you for your workshop.  All telephone registrations must be charged to MasterCard or Visa.  If you are unable to pay by MasterCard or Visa, please register by mailing your form and check to the MLN office.

·        Fax – Fax your registration form to the MLN at (573) 635-7908.  All fax registrations must be charged to MasterCard or Visa.  If you are unable to pay by MasterCard or Visa, please register by mailing your form and check to the MLN office.

·        Mail – Mail your registration form to the MLN at P.O. Box 104476, Jefferson City, Missouri  65110-4476.  Mailed registrations can be paid by check, money order, or charged to MasterCard or Visa.  Make checks or money orders payable to the Missouri League for Nursing. WE CANNOT BILL YOU.

·        On-Line – Click on Register On-Line to send your secured registration information to the MLN via our shopping cart.  Our site is secured by Verisign. All Internet registrations must be charged to MasterCard or Visa.  If you are unable to pay by MasterCard or Visa, please register by mailing form and check to the MLN office.
